Anas ibn Malik narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) fell from a horse and his right side was injured. He led one of the prayers while sitting, and we prayed behind him sitting. When he finished, he said: 'The imam has been appointed to be followed. When he prays standing, pray standing. When he bows, bow. When he raises his head, raise your heads. When he says: Allah hears the one who praises Him, say: Our Lord, to You is the praise. And when he prays sitting, all of you pray sitting.'
