أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْقَطَّانُ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْهِلَالِيُّ ثنا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَا مِنْ أَمِيرِ عَشِيرَةٍ إِلَّا يُؤْتَى بِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مَغْلُولًا حَتَّى يَفُكَّ عَنْهُ الْعَدْلُ أَوْ يُنْفِقَهُ الْجَوْرُ قَالَ فَقَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ يُوبِقَهُ الْجَوْرُ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
The Shaykh (al-Bayhaqi) said: 'What was narrated about the invalidity of the prayer of the neighbor of the mosque except in the mosque — that has been narrated from Ali, Abu Hurayrah, Aisha, and others among the Companions. As for what is attributed to the Prophet (peace be upon him), it is not established with a sound chain.'
