أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ دَاسَةَ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ ثنا يَحْيَى عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِي حَرْبِ بْنِ أَبِي الْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ؓ قَالَ يُغْسَلُ بَوْلُ الْجَارِيَةِ وَيُنْضَحُ بَوْلُ الْغُلَامِ مَا لَمْ يَطْعَمْ وَفِيمَا بَلَغَنِي عَنْ أَبِي عِيسَى أَنَّهُ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ الْبُخَارِيَّ عَنْ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ فَقَالَ سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ لَا يَرْفَعْهُ وَهِشَامٌ الدَّسْتُوَائِيُّ يَرْفَعُهُ وَهُوَ حَافَظٌ قُلْتُ إِلَّا أَنَّ غَيْرَ مُعَاذِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Ali ibn Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him) said: 'The urine of a girl is washed and the urine of a boy is sprinkled with water, as long as he has not eaten solid food.' As conveyed to me from Abu Isa, he said: 'I asked al-Bukhari about this hadith, and he said: Sa'id ibn Abi Arubah does not raise it (to the Prophet), while Hisham al-Dastawa'i raises it, and he is a reliable memorizer.' I say: 'However, narrators other than Mu'adh ibn Hisham [also narrated it].'
