وَبِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي حُمَيْدٌ الطَّوِيلُ قَالَ قَالَ أَنَسٌ كَانَ أَبُو مُوسَى عَلَى جُنْدِ أَهْلِ الْبَصْرَةِ وَالنُّعْمَانِ بْنِ مُقَرِّنٍ عَلَى جُنْدِ أَهْلِ الْكُوفَةِ وَكُنْتُ بَيْنَهُمَا فَتَوَاعَدَا أَنْ يَلْتَقِيَا عِنْدِي غُدْوَةً فَصَلَّى أَحَدُهُمَا بِأَصْحَابِهِ ثُمَّ جَاءَ فَصَلَّى مَعَنَا أَنْ يَلْتَقِيَا عِنْدِي غُدْوَةً فَصَلَّى أَحَدُهُمَا بِأَصْحَابِهِ ثُمَّ جَاءَ فَصَلَّى مَعَنَا
الترجمة الإنجليزية
And with the same chain, Humayd al-Tawil narrated to me. He said: Anas said: Abu Musa was in command of the army of the people of Basrah, and al-Nu'man ibn Muqarrin was in command of the army of the people of Kufah. I was between them. They agreed to meet at my place the next morning. One of them prayed with his companions, then came and prayed with us.
