أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ أنبأ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ اللَّخْمِيُّ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ قَالَتْ فِي وَلَدِ الزِّنَا لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ وِزْرِ أَبَوَيْهِ شَيْءٌ {لَا تَزِرُ} [الأنعام 164] وَازِرَةٌ وِزْرَ أُخْرَى رَفَعَهُ بَعْضُ الضُّعَفَاءِ وَالصَّحِيحُ مَوْقُوفٌ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said regarding the child of fornication: He bears nothing of the sin of his parents. 'No bearer of burdens shall bear the burden of another.' Some weak narrators raised this to the Prophet, but the correct version is mawquf (stopped at Aisha).
