وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْأَرَدَسْتَانِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو نَصْرٍ الْعِرَاقِيُّ ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ حَلَفَ بِسُورَةٍ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ فَعَلَيْهِ بِكُلِّ آيَةٍ يَمِينُ صَبْرٍ مَنْ شَاءَ بَرَّ وَمَنْ شَاءَ فَجَرَ 19900 قَالَ وَحَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ مِثْلَهُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ إِنَّمَا رُوِيَ مِنْ وَجْهَيْنِ جَمِيعًا مُرْسَلًا وَرُوِيَ عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ الضَّحَّاكِ مَوْصُولًا مَرْفُوعًا وَإِسْنَادُهُ ضَعِيفٌ وَرُوِيَ فِي ذَلِكَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Al-Hasan reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever swears by a surah of the Quran, then for every verse there is a solemn oath; whether he fulfills it or breaks it. Mujahid narrated a similar hadith from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). Both of these are narrated as mursal reports, and it was also narrated from Thabit ibn al-Dahhak as a connected marfu' report, though its chain is weak. It was also narrated from Abdullah ibn Mas'ud.
