وَهُوَ فِيمَا أَنْبَأَنِي أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ جَعْفَرٍ الْمُزَكِّيَ حَدَّثَهُمْ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْعَبْدِيُّ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ وَاصِلٍ أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ الْحَدَّادُ ثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ أَبِي الْوَدَّاكِ جَبْرِ بْنِ نَوْفٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ؓ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ ذَكَاةُ الْجَنِينِ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَعَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ وَعَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ وَعَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَأَبِي أَيُّوبَ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَأَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ وَأَبِي أُمَامَةَ وَالْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ ؓ مَرْفُوعًا وَفِي حَدِيثِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ كَانَ أَصْحَابُ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُونَ فِي الْجَنِينِ إِذَا أَشْعَرَ فَذَكَاتُهُ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ ذَكَاةُ الْجَنِينِ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَعَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ وَعَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ وَعَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَأَبِي أَيُّوبَ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَأَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ وَأَبِي أُمَامَةَ وَالْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ ؓ مَرْفُوعًا وَفِي حَدِيثِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ كَانَ أَصْحَابُ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُونَ فِي الْجَنِينِ إِذَا أَشْعَرَ فَذَكَاتُهُ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ

And it is in what Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz informed me, that Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn Ja'far al-Muzakki narrated to them, Muhammad ibn Ibrahim al-Abdi narrated to us, Ahmad ibn Hanbal narrated to us, Abd al-Wahid ibn Wasil Abu Ubaydah al-Haddad narrated to me, Yunus ibn Abi Ishaq narrated to us from Abu al-Waddak Jabr ibn Nawf, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him): "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: 'The slaughter of the fetus is the slaughter of its mother.'" And in this topic there are narrations from Ali, Abdullah ibn Mas'ud, Abdullah ibn Umar, Abdullah ibn Abbas, Abu Ayyub, Abu Hurayrah, Abu al-Darda', Abu Umamah, and al-Bara' ibn Azib (may Allah be pleased with them) in marfu' form. And in the hadith of al-Zuhri from Ibn Ka'b ibn Malik, he said: "The Companions of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to say regarding the fetus: when its hair has grown, its slaughter is the slaughter of its mother."
