أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالُوا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ أنبأ ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدٍ مَوْلَى ابْنِ أَزْهَرَ قَالَ شَهِدْتُ الْعِيدَ مَعَ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ؓ فَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ لَا يَأْكُلَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ مِنْ نُسُكِهِ بَعْدَ ثَلَاثٍَ كَذَا رَوَاهُ الشَّافِعِيُّ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ مَوْقُوفًا وَمِنْ حَدِيثِ مَعْمَرٍ مَرْفُوعًا وَالْحَدِيثُ عِنْدَ غَيْرِهِ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ مَرْفُوعٌ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz, Abu Zakariyya ibn Abi Ishaq, and Abu Bakr Ahmad ibn al-Hasan informed us, they said: Abu al-Abbas Muhammad ibn Ya'qub informed us, al-Rabi' ibn Sulayman informed us, al-Shafi'i informed us, Ibn Uyaynah informed us from al-Zuhri from Abu Ubayd, the freedman of Ibn Azhar, who said: I attended the Eid with Ali ibn Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him) and heard him saying: "None of you should eat from his sacrifice after three days." Al-Shafi'i narrated it from Sufyan as a mawquf report (stopped at Ali), and from Ma'mar's narration it is marfu' (attributed to the Prophet). Others narrated it from Sufyan as marfu'.
