أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلْمَانَ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى ثنا أَبُو حُذَيْفَةَ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ ؓ قَالَ صَالَحَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ الْمُشْرِكِينَ يَوْمَ الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ عَلَى ثَلَاثَةِ أَشْيَاءَ عَلَى أَنَّ مَنْ أَتَاهُ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ رَدَّهُ إِلَيْهِمْ وَمَنْ أَتَاهُمْ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ لَمْ يَرُدُّوهُ وَعَلَى أَنْ يَدْخُلَهَا مِنْ قَابِلٍ فَيُقِيمَ بِهَا ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ وَلَا يَدْخُلَهَا إِلَّا بِجُلُبَّانِ السِّلَاحِ السَّيْفِ وَالْقَوْسِ وَنَحْوِهِ فَجَاءَ أَبُو جَنْدَلٍ يَحْجِلُ فِي قُيُودِهِ فَرَدَّهُ إِلَيْهِمْ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Al-Bara' (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Prophet (peace be upon him) made a treaty with the polytheists on the day of al-Hudaybiyyah on three conditions: that whoever came to him from the polytheists, he would return him to them; whoever went to them from the Muslims, they would not return him; and that he would enter Makkah the following year and stay for three days, entering only with the weapons of a rider: the sword and the bow and the like. Abu Jandal came hopping in his chains, and the Prophet returned him to them.
