أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ أنبأ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو هَانِئٍ الْخَوْلَانِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْحُبُلِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ؓ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ يَا أَبَا سَعِيدٍ مَنْ رَضِيَ بِاللهِ رَبًّا وَبِالْإِسْلَامِ دِينًا وَبِمُحَمَّدٍ نَبِيًّا وَجَبَتْ لَهُ الْجَنَّةُ قَالَ فَعَجِبَ لَهَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ فَقَالَ أَعِدْهَا عَلَيَّ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ فَفَعَلَ ثُمَّ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَأُخْرَى يُرْفَعُ بِهَا الْعَبْدُ مِائَةَ دَرَجَةٍ فِي الْجَنَّةِ مَا بَيْنَ كُلِّ دَرَجَتَيْنِ كَمَا بَيْنَ السَّمَاءِ وَالْأَرْضِ قَالَ وَمَا هِيَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟ قَالَ الْجِهَادُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ الْجِهَادُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ الْجِهَادُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us, from Abu al-Abbas Muhammad ibn Ya'qub, from Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn Abd al-Hakam, from Ibn Wahb, from Abu Hani' al-Khawlani, from Abu Abd al-Rahman al-Hubuli, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: O Abu Sa'id, whoever is content with Allah as his Lord, Islam as his religion, and Muhammad as his Prophet, Paradise is guaranteed for him. Abu Sa'id was amazed by this and said: Repeat it for me, O Messenger of Allah, and he did. Then the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: And there is another by which a servant is raised one hundred degrees in Paradise, between each two degrees is like the distance between heaven and earth. He asked: What is it, O Messenger of Allah? He said: Jihad in the cause of Allah, jihad in the cause of Allah, jihad in the cause of Allah.
