أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ ثنا عُمَارَةُ بْنُ الْقَعْقَاعِ عَنْ أَبِي زُرْعَةَ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ جَرِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ انْتَدَبَ اللهُ لِمَنْ خَرَجَ مُجَاهِدًا فِي سَبِيلِهِ لَا يُخْرِجُهُ إِلَّا إِيمَانٌ بِي وَتَصْدِيقٌ بِرَسُولِي فَهُوَ عَلَيَّ ضَامِنٌ أَنْ أُدْخِلَهُ الْجَنَّةَ أَوْ أُرْجِعَهُ إِلَى بَيْتِهِ الَّذِي خَرَجَ مِنْهُ نَائِلًا مَا نَالَ مِنْ أَجْرٍ وَغَنِيمَةٍ وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَا مِنْ مَكْلُومٍ يُكْلَمُ فِي اللهِ إِلَّا جَاءَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَكَلْمُهُ يَدْمَى اللَّوْنُ لَوْنُ دَمٍ وَالرِّيحُ رِيحُ مِسْكٍ وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَوْلَا أَنْ أَشُقَّ عَلَى أُمَّتِي مَا تَخَلَّفْتُ خَلْفَ سَرِيَّةٍ تَغْزُو فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ وَلَكِنْ لَا أَجِدُ مَا أَحْمِلُهُمْ وَلَا يَجِدُونَ سَعَةً فَيَتَّبِعُونِي وَلَا تَطِيبُ أَنْفُسُهُمْ أَنْ يَتَخَلَّفُوا بَعْدِي وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَوَدِدْتُ أَنِّي أَغْزُو فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ فَأُقْتَلُ ثُمَّ أَغْزُو فَأُقْتَلُ ثُمَّ أَغْزُو فَأُقْتَلُ حَدِيثُ الْكَلْمِ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu al-Hasan Ali ibn Ahmad ibn Abdan informed us, from Ahmad ibn Ubayd al-Saffar, from Isma'il ibn Ishaq, from Musaddad, from Abd al-Wahid ibn Ziyad, from Umarah ibn al-Qa'qa', from Abu Zur'ah ibn Amr ibn Jarir, from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: Allah guarantees whoever goes out fighting in His cause — nothing driving him out except faith in Me and belief in My Messenger — that He will admit him to Paradise or return him to his home from which he set out with whatever reward or spoils he attained. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) also said: No one is wounded in the cause of Allah except that he will come on the Day of Resurrection with his wound bleeding — the color will be the color of blood, and the fragrance will be the fragrance of musk. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) also said: By Him in Whose hand is my soul, were it not that I would be a hardship on my nation, I would not stay behind from any raiding party going in the cause of Allah. But I cannot find mounts for them, nor do they have the means to follow me, and their hearts would not bear to stay behind after me. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) also said: By Him in Whose hand is my soul, I would love to fight in the cause of Allah and be killed, then fight and be killed, then fight and be killed.
