وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ قَالَ يَحْيَى عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدٍ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ الْمُزَنِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَعْقِلٍ قَالَ لَا تُبَاعُ أَرْضٌ دُونَ الْجَبَلِ إِلَّا أَرْضُ بَنِي صَلُوبَا وَأَرْضُ الْحِيرَةِ فَإِنَّ لَهُمْ عَهْدًا قَالَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ كُنَّا نَسْمَعُ أَنَّ مَا دُونَ الْجَبَلِ مِمَّا وَرَاءَهُ صُلْحٌ لَا تُبَاعُ أَرْضٌ دُونَ الْجَبَلِ إِلَّا أَرْضُ بَنِي صَلُوبَا وَأَرْضُ الْحِيرَةِ فَإِنَّ لَهُمْ عَهْدًا قَالَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ كُنَّا نَسْمَعُ أَنَّ مَا دُونَ الْجَبَلِ مِمَّا وَرَاءَهُ صُلْحٌ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
With his chain of narration, Yahya narrated from al-Hasan ibn Salih, from Mansur, from Ubayd Abu al-Hasan al-Muzani, from Abdullah ibn Ma'qil who said: No land below the mountain may be sold except the land of Banu Saluba and the land of al-Hirah, for they have a covenant. Al-Hasan ibn Salih said: We used to hear that what is below the mountain and beyond it is treaty land; no land below the mountain may be sold except the land of Banu Saluba and the land of al-Hirah, for they have a covenant.
