أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ أنبأ أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ ثنا سَعْدَانُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الْمَسْعُودِيِّ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ لَا جَلْدَ إِلَّا فِي اثْنَتَيْنِ أَنْ يَقْذِفَ مُحْصَنَةً أَوْ يَنْفِي رَجُلًا مِنْ أَبِيهِ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Narrations about the prohibition of alcohol in Islam and the stages of its prohibition. The Quran prohibited alcohol gradually: first discouraging it, then prohibiting it during prayer times, and finally prohibiting it completely. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Every intoxicant is khamr, and every khamr is haram."
