وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ عَبْدَانَ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ ثنا تَمْتَامٌ ثنا هُدْبَةُ ثنا هَمَّامٌ ثنا حُسَيْنٌ الْمُعَلِّمُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ فِي خُطْبَتِهِ وَهُوَ مُسْنِدٌ ظَهْرَهُ إِلَى الْكَعْبَةِ فِي الْأَصَابِعِ عَشْرٌ عَشْرٌ

Discussion of the oath (yamin) in judicial proceedings — the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "The burden of proof is on the claimant, and the oath is on the defendant." This is a foundational principle of Islamic judicial procedure.
