أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ أنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ نا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ نا مَالِكٌ أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّهُمَا سُئِلَا عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُمَلِّكُ امْرَأَتَهُ أَمْرَهَا فَتَرُدُّ ذَلِكَ إِلَيْهِ وَلَا تَقْضِي فِيهِ شَيْئًا فَقَالَا لَيْسَ ذَلِكَ بِطَلَاقٍ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
It was reported from Abdullah ibn 'Amr and Abu Hurayrah that they were asked about a man who gives his wife authority over her own affair, and she returns the matter to him without deciding anything. They both said: That is not divorce.
