أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ نا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى نا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ الْحَجَبِيُّ أنا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ فِي قِصَّةِ حَجِّ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَخُطْبَتِهِ بِعَرَفَةَ قَالَ اتَّقُوا اللهَ فِي النِّسَاءِ فَإِنَّكُمْ أَخَذْتُمُوهُنَّ بِأَمَانَةِ اللهِ وَاسْتَحْلَلْتُمْ فُرُوجَهُنَّ بِكَلِمَةِ اللهِ وَإِنَّ لَكُمْ عَلَيْهِنَّ أَنْ لَا يُوطِئْنَ فُرُشَكُمْ أَحَدًا تَكْرَهُونَهُ فَإِنْ فَعَلْنَ ذَلِكَ فَاضْرِبُوهُنَّ ضَرْبًا غَيْرَ مُبَرِّحٍ وَلَهُنَّ عَلَيْكُمْ رِزْقُهُنَّ وَكِسْوَتُهُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us... from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: A man from among the Muslims came to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) while he was in the mosque and called out: O Messenger of Allah, I have committed adultery. He turned away from him. The man kept moving to face him and repeated four times: I have committed adultery. When he had testified against himself four times, the Prophet (peace be upon him) called him and said: Are you insane? He said: No. He said: Have you been married? He said: Yes. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Take him and stone him.
