أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بِشْرَانَ بِبَغْدَادَ أنا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الرَّزَّازُ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي الْعَوَّامِ نا أَبُو عَامِرٍ نا فُلَيْحُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ ؓ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ دَخَلَ عَلَى رَجُلٍ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ حَائِطَهُ وَمَعَهُ صَاحِبٌ لَهُ فَقَالَ إِنْ كَانَ عِنْدَكَ مَاءٌ بَاتَ هَذِهِ اللَّيْلَةَ فِي شَنَّةٍ وَإِلَّا كَرَعْنَا قَالَ وَالرَّجُلُ يُحَوِّلُ الْمَاءَ فِي حَائِطِهِ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ عِنْدِي مَاءٌ أَظُنُّهُ بَاتَ فِي شَنَّةٍ فَانْطَلَقَ إِلَى الْعَرِيشِ قَالَ فَانْطَلَقَ فَسَكَبَ مَاءً فِي قَدَحٍ ثُمَّ حَلَبَ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ دَاجِنٍ لَهُ قَالَ فَشَرِبَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ ثُمَّ شَرِبَ الَّذِي دَخَلَ مَعَهُ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Ali bin Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Bishran informed us in Baghdad... from Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) entered upon a man from the Ansar in his garden, and with him was a companion. He said: If you have water that has stayed overnight in a waterskin, then give us some; otherwise we will drink directly from the stream. The man was channeling water in his garden. He said: O Messenger of Allah, I have water that I believe stayed overnight in a waterskin. He went to the trellis and poured water into a cup, then milked a domestic sheep on top of it. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) drank, and then the companion who had entered with him drank.
