وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ فُورَكٍ أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا شَيْبَانُ عَنْ فِرَاسٍ الْمُكْتِبِ عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ الْعَوْفِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ؓ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ تَحِلُّ الصَّدَقَةُ لِلْغَنِيِّ إِذَا كَانَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Hurairah narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "The poor person is not the one who goes around begging from people, getting a morsel or two, a date or two. The truly poor person is the one who does not have enough to satisfy his needs, yet his condition is not noticed so that people give him charity, nor does he stand up and beg from people."
