أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ أنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الْقَطَّانُ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْهِلَالِيُّ ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ بُدَيْلِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ عَنْ رَاشِدِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَامِرٍ الْهَوْزَنِيِّ عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ الْكِنْ��ِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَا أَوْلَى بِكُلِّ مُؤْمِنٍ مِنْ نَفْسِهِ فَمَنْ تَرَكَ دَيْنًا أَوْ ضَيْعَةً فَإِلَيْنَا وَمَنْ تَرَكَ مَالًا فَلِوَرَثَتِهِ وَأَنَا مَوْلَى مَنْ لَا مَوْلَى لَهُ أَرِثُ مَالَهُ وَأَفُكُّ عَانَهُ وَالْخَالُ وَارِثُ مَنْ لَا وَارِثَ لَهُ يَرِثُ مَالَهُ وَيَفُكُّ عَانَهُ

Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us: Abu al-Abbas narrated to us: Muhammad ibn Ishaq narrated to us: Rawh narrated to us: Shu'bah narrated from Abu Ishaq from al-Harith from Ali (may Allah be pleased with him): In the case where a woman dies leaving a husband, two full sisters, and two maternal sisters - the husband gets one-half, the full sisters get two-thirds, and the maternal sisters get one-third. The total exceeds the estate, so it is adjusted proportionally (awl) to nine shares instead of six.
