أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ أنا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ أنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْقَطَّانُ أنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عِيسَى أنا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ أنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ وَالْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَنَّ عَلِيًّا وَعَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ مَسْعُودٍ كَانَا لَا يُوَرِّثَانِ ابْنَ الْأَخِ مَعَ الْجَدِّ

Abu Sa'id informed us: Abu Abdullah narrated to us: Muhammad ibn Nasr narrated to us: Ishaq informed us from his book: Jarir narrated from al-A'mash from Ibrahim: Ali and Zayd and Abdullah all agreed: the daughter gets one-half, the son's daughter one-sixth to complete two-thirds, and the sister gets the remainder.
