أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ أنا يَحْيَى أنا يَزِيدُ أنا هَمَّامُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ يَزِيدَ الرِّشْكِ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مَاتَ وَتَرَكَ امْرَأَةً وَأَبَوَيْنِ قَالَ قَسَمَهَا زَيْدٌ مِنْ أَرْبَعَةِ أَسْهُمٍ لِلْمَرْأَةِ سَهْمٌ وَلِلْأُمِّ ثُلُثُ مَا بَقِيَ وَلِلْأَبِ بَقِيَّةُ الْمَالِ

Abu Sa'id informed us: Abu Abdullah narrated to us: Muhammad ibn Nasr narrated to us: Yahya ibn Yahya informed us: Abu Mu'awiyah narrated from al-A'mash from Ibrahim from al-Aswad from Abdullah: He was asked about a husband and two parents. He gave the husband one-half, gave the mother one-third of the remainder, and gave the rest to the father.
