أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ أنا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ ثنا سَعْدَانُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَمْرٍو عَنِ الْحَسَنِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ عَنِ الْكَلَالَةِ قَالَ هُوَ مَا عَدَا الْوَالِدَ وَالْوَلَدَ قَالَ قُلْتُ فَإِنَّ اللهَ ﷻ يَقُولُ {إِنِ امْرُؤٌ هَلَكَ لَيْسَ لَهُ وَلَدٌ} [النساء 176] قَالَ فَغَضِبَ وَانْتَهَرَنِي
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Muhammad Abdullah ibn Yusuf informed us: Abu Sa'id ibn al-A'rabi narrated to us: Sa'dan ibn Nasr narrated to us: Sufyan narrated from Amr from al-Hasan - meaning Ibn Muhammad - who said: I asked Ibn Abbas about the kalalah. He said: It is everyone other than the parent and the child. I said: But Allah Almighty says: 'If a man dies having no child' [4:176]. He became angry and rebuked me.
