أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ أنا أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الضَّبِّيُّ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ الْأَحْوَلِ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ عُمَرُ ؓ الْكَلَالَةُ مَا عَدَا الْوَلَدَ قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْكَلَالَةُ مَا عَدَا الْوَلَدَ وَالْوَالِدَ فَلَمَّا طُعِنَ عُمَرُ قَالَ إِنِّي لَأَسْتَحْيِي أَنْ أُخَالِفَ أَبَا بَكْرٍ الْكَلَالَةُ مَا عَدَا الْوَلَدَ وَالْوَالِدَ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Nasr ibn Qatadah informed us: Abu Mansur al-Abbas ibn al-Fadl al-Dabbi narrated to us: Ahmad ibn Najdah narrated to us: Sa'id ibn Mansur narrated to us: Sufyan narrated from 'Asim al-Ahwal from al-Sha'bi who said: Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The kalalah is everyone other than the child. Abu Bakr said: The kalalah is everyone other than the child and the parent. When Umar was fatally wounded, he said: I am ashamed to contradict Abu Bakr. The kalalah is everyone other than the child and the parent.
