قَالَ وَأنا يَزِيدُ أنا شُعْبَةُ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ قَالَ عَلِيٌّ ؓ وَزَيْدٌ ؓ الْمُشْرِكُ لَا يَحْجُبُ وَلَا يَرِثُ وَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ ؓ يَحْجُبُ وَلَا يَرِثُ قَالَ عَلِيٌّ ؓ وَزَيْدٌ ؓ الْمُشْرِكُ لَا يَحْجُبُ وَلَا يَرِثُ وَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ ؓ يَحْجُبُ وَلَا يَرِثُ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
He said: And Yazid informed us: Shu'bah narrated from al-Hakam from Ibrahim who said: Ali and Zayd (may Allah be pleased with them) said: The polytheist does not block inheritance and does not inherit. Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: He blocks but does not inherit.
