مِنْهَا مَا أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ أَبُو الشَّيْخِ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ ثنا شَيْبَانُ بْنُ فَرُّوخَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَيْسَ لِقَاتِلٍ شَيْءٌ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ وَارِثٌ يَرِثُهُ أَقْرَبُ النَّاسِ إِلَيْهِ وَلَا يَرِثُ الْقَاتِلُ شَيْئًا

Among them is what Abu Bakr Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn al-Harith al-Asbahani informed us: Abu Muhammad Abdullah ibn Muhammad ibn Ja'far Abu al-Shaykh narrated to us: Ibrahim ibn Muhammad ibn al-Harith narrated to us: Shayban ibn Farrukh narrated to us: Muhammad ibn Rashid narrated to us: Sulayman ibn Musa narrated from Amr ibn Shu'ayb from his father from his grandfather who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: There is nothing for a killer. If there is no other heir, his closest relative inherits from him, and the killer does not inherit anything.
