وَقَدْ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ ثنا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي حَفْصُ بْنُ مَيْسَرَةَ أَنَّ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ حَرْمَلَةَ الْأَسْلَمِيَّ حَدَّثَهُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ أَنَّ عَدِيًّا الْجُذَامِيَّ كَانَتْ لَهُ امْرَأَتَانِ اقْتَتَلَتَا فَرَمَى إِحْدَاهُمَا فَمَاتَتْ مِنْهَا فَلَمَّا قَدِمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَتَاهُ فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَقَالَ لَهُ اعْقِلْهَا وَلَا تَرِثْهَا
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Sa'id informed us: Abu al-Abbas narrated to us: Bahr ibn Nasr narrated to us: Abdullah ibn Wahb narrated to us: Hafs ibn Maysarah informed me that Abd al-Rahman ibn Harmalah al-Aslami narrated to him, saying: More than one person narrated to me that Adiy al-Judhami had two wives who quarreled, so he threw something at one of them and she died from it. When the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) came, he went to him and mentioned it. The Prophet said to him: Pay her blood money and do not inherit from her.
