أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعْدٍ الْمَالِينِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْعُمَرِيُّ ثنا مُعَلَّى بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ أنبأ جَعْفَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الضُّبَعِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي عَامِرٍ الْخَزَّازِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ مِمَّ أَضْرِبُ مِنْهُ يَتِيمِي؟ فَقَالَ مِمَّا كُنْتَ ضَارِبًا وَلَدَكَ غَيْرَ وَاقٍ مَالَكَ بِمَالِهِ وَلَا مُتَأَثِّلٍ مِنْ مَالِهِ مَالًا كَذَا
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Anas narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) prohibited selling fruits until they ripen. He was asked: "And what is ripening?" He said: "Until they turn red." The Prophet also said: "Do you think — if Allah prevents the fruit from growing, then by what right would any of you take his brother's money?"
