حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ خِلَاسٍ عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَجُلَيْنِ تَدَارَءَا فِي دَابَّةٍ لَيْسَ لِوَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا بَيِّنَةٌ فَأَمَرَهُمَا نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَسْتَهِمَا عَلَى الْيَمِينِ أَحَبَّا أَوْ كَرِهَا.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Muhammad ibn Ja'far told us: Sa'id told us, from Qatadah, from Khilas, from Abu Rafi', from Abu Hurayrah, that two men disputed over an animal, and neither of them had proof, so the Prophet of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, ordered them to draw lots for the oath, whether they liked it or disliked it.
