وَمَنْ بَاعَ مُصَرَّاةً فَالْمُشْتَرِي بِالْخِيَارِ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ إِنْ شَاءَ رَدَّهَا وَرَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
[Continuing the previous narration]: Whoever sells an animal whose udder has been left unmilked, the buyer has the choice for three days; if he wishes he may return it along with a sa' of dates.
