الترجمة الإنجليزية
Wakee' told us: al-A'mash told us, from Abu Salih, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "No child is born except upon the natural religion" - and another time he said: "Every child is born upon the fitrah (natural disposition), but his parents make him a Jew, a Christian, or a polytheist." It was said: "O Messenger of Allah, what do you think of one who dies before that?" He said: "Allah knows best what they would have done."
