حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، وَشُعْبَةَ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ خَيْرٍ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ أَلَا أُنَبِّئُكُمْ بِخَيْرِ هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ بَعْدَ نَبِيِّهَا صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ ثُمَّ عُمَرُ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
It was narrated from `Hadrat Ali (may Allah be well pleased with him) that he said: Shall I not tell you of the best of this ummah after its Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)? Hadrat Abu Bakr, then ʻUmar (رضي الله عنهما).
