حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ عَنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ أَعْتَقَ شِقْصًا لَهُ فِي مَمْلُوكٍ فَعَلَيْهِ خَلَاصُهُ كُلِّهِ فِي مَالِهِ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ مَالٌ اسْتُسْعِيَ الْعَبْدُ غَيْرَ مَشْقُوقٍ عَلَيْهِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Yahya narrated to us: Ibn Abi 'Arubah narrated to us, from Qatadah, from al-Nadr ibn Anas, from Bashir ibn Nahik, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: 'Whoever frees his share in a jointly owned slave must secure the slave's complete freedom from his own wealth. If he has no wealth, the slave shall be made to work for his freedom, without being overburdened.'
