قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ : مَالِكٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ مَوْلَى الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ ثَوْبَانَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا كَانَ الْحَرُّ فَأَبْرِدُوا بِالصَّلَاةِ فَإِنَّ شِدَّةَ الْحَرِّ مِنْ فَيْحِ جَهَنَّمَ وَذَكَرَ أَنَّ النَّارَ اشْتَكَتْ إِلَى رَبِّهَا فَأَذِنَ لَهَا فِي كُلِّ عَامٍ بِنَفَسَيْنِ نَفَسٍ فِي الشِّتَاءِ وَنَفَسٍ فِي الصَّيْفِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
He said: I read to Abd al-Rahman: Malik, from Abd Allah ibn Yazid, the freedman of al-Aswad ibn Sufyan, from Abu Salamah ibn Abd al-Rahman and Muhammad ibn Abd al-Rahman ibn Thawban, from Abu Hurayrah, he said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "When it is hot, delay the prayer until it cools, for the intensity of heat is from the exhalation of Hell." And he mentioned that the Fire complained to its Lord, so He permitted it two exhalations each year: an exhalation in winter and an exhalation in summer.
