Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Musa ibn Abi Uthman, he said: I heard Abu Yahya narrate from Abu Hurayrah, he said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The mu'adhdhin is forgiven for the extent of his voice, and everything moist and dry bears witness for him; and whoever witnesses the prayer, twenty-five good deeds are written for him, and what is between them is expiated for him."
