حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ وَحَجَّاجٌ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ حَجَّاجٌ فِي حَدِيثِهِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَوْ قَالَ أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ أَنَّهُ قَالَ بَيْنَمَا رَجُلٌ يَمْشِي وَعَلَيْهِ حُلَّةٌ مُرَجِّلًا جُمَّتَهُ تُعْجِبُهُ نَفْسُهُ إِذْ خُسِفَ بِهِ فَهُوَ يَتَجَلْجَلُ فِي الْأَرْضِ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ وَقَالَ حَجَّاجٌ إِذْ خَسَفَ اللَّهُ بِهِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Muhammad ibn Ja'far and Hajjaj told us: Shu'bah told us, from Muhammad ibn Ziyad, from Abu Hurairah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him - Hajjaj said in his narration: I heard Abu Hurairah say: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said - or he said Abu al-Qasim said - that he said: "While a man was walking, wearing a fine garment, with his hair combed, admiring himself, he was suddenly swallowed up by the earth, and he will keep sinking into it until the Day of Resurrection." And Hajjaj said: "when God caused the earth to swallow him."
