حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ أَشْعَرُ كَلِمَةٍ قَالَتْهَا الْعَرَبُ قَوْلُ لَبِيدِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ أَلَا كُلُّ شَيْءٍ مَا خَلَا اللَّهَ بَاطِلُ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Waki' told us, he said: Sharik told us, from Abd al-Malik ibn Umayr, from Abu Salamah, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say on the pulpit: "The most poetic word ever spoken by the Arabs is the saying of Labid ibn Rabi'ah: 'Indeed, everything besides Allah is vain.'"
