حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّمَا مَثَلُ هَؤُلَاءِ الصَّلَوَاتِ الْخَمْسِ مَثَلُ نَهْرٍ جَارٍ عَلَى بَابِ أَحَدِكُمْ يَغْتَسِلُ مِنْهُ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ خَمْسَ مَرَّاتٍ فَمَاذَا يُبْقِينَ مِنْ دَرَنِهِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Muhammad ibn Ubaid narrated to us, who said: al-A'mash narrated to us, from Abu Salih, from Abu Hurairah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "The example of the five daily prayers is like a flowing river at the door of one of you in which he bathes five times a day. What do you think that would leave of his dirt?"
