الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, he said: Suhayl narrated to us, from his father, from Abu Hurayrah who said: They said: 'O Messenger of Allah, tell us of a deed that equals jihad in the cause of Allah.' He said: 'You cannot bear it' - two or three times. They said: 'Tell us, perhaps we can bear it.' He said: 'The example of the one who strives in the cause of Allah is like the one who fasts, prays, and is devoted to the verses of Allah, not slackening from fasting or prayer, until the warrior returns to his family.'
