حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ أَخْبَرَنَا عَوْفٌ عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَوْ كَانَ الْعِلْمُ بِالثُّرَيَّا لَتَنَاوَلَهُ نَاسٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ فَارِسَ.

Abd al-Wahhab ibn Ata narrated to us, Awf informed us, from Shahr ibn Hawshab who said: Abu Hurayrah said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "If knowledge were at the Pleiades, people from the Persians would reach it."
