حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ عَنْ سُمَيٍّ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ شَكَا النَّاسُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَتْحَ مَا بَيْنَ الْمِرْفَقَيْنِ فَأَمَرَهُمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَسْتَعِينُوا بِالرُّكَبِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Qutaybah narrated to us, he said: Ya'qub narrated to us, from Ibn Ajlan, from Sumayy, from Abu Salih, from Abu Hurayrah who said: People complained to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) about the difficulty of keeping their arms apart (in prostration), so the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) commanded them to support themselves with their knees.
