حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ وَبَهْزٌ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي سَعْدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ حُمَيْدَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَا يَنْبَغِي لِعَبْدٍ أَنْ يَقُولَ أَنَا خَيْرٌ مِنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ مَتَّى.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
'Affan and Bahz narrated to us, they said: Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: Sa'd ibn Ibrahim informed me, he said: I heard Humayd ibn 'Abd al-Rahman narrating from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet (peace be upon him) who said: "It is not befitting for a servant to say: 'I am better than Yunus ibn Matta.'"
