حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عُتْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَثِيرٍ السُّحَيْمِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مِنْ بَيْعِهِمَا مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا أَوْ يَكُونُ بَيْعُهُمَا فِي خِيَارٍ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'The buyer and the seller have the option to cancel or confirm the transaction as long as they have not parted, or unless their transaction includes a condition of option.'
