حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدٌ عَنْ يُوسُفَ أَوْ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا اخْتَلَفُوا فِي الطَّرِيقِ رُفِعَ مِنْ بَيْنِهِمْ سَبْعَةُ أَذْرُعٍ.

Hushaym told us: Khalid informed us, from Yusuf, or from his father Abdullah ibn al-Harith, from Abu Hurayrah, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: If they dispute over the road, seven cubits shall be allotted between them.
