حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى فِي الْأَنْفِ إِذَا جُدِعَ كُلُّهُ الدِّيَةَ كَامِلَةً وَإِذَا جُدِعَتْ أَرْنَبَتُهُ نِصْفَ الدِّيَةِ وَفِي الْعَيْنِ نِصْفَ الدِّيَةِ وَفِي الْيَدِ نِصْفَ الدِّيَةِ وَفِي الرِّجْلِ نِصْفَ الدِّيَةِ وَقَضَى أَنْ يَعْقِلَ عَنْ الْمَرْأَةِ عَصَبَتُهَا مَنْ كَانُوا وَلَا يَرِثُوا مِنْهَا إِلَّا مَا فَضَلَ عَنْ وَرَثَتِهَا وَإِنْ قُتِلَتْ فَعَقْلُهَا بَيْنَ وَرَثَتِهَا وَهُمْ يَقْتُلُونَ قَاتِلَهَا وَقَضَى أَنَّ عَقْلَ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ نِصْفُ عَقْلِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَهُمْ الْيَهُودُ وَالنَّصَارَى.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Sa'id told us: Muhammad ibn Rashid told us: Sulayman ibn Musa told us, from Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father, from his grandfather, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, ruled concerning the nose, that if the whole of it is cut off, the full blood-money is due, and if only its tip is cut off, half the blood-money; and for the eye, half the blood-money; for the hand, half the blood-money; for the leg, half the blood-money. And he ruled that a woman's paternal kin, whoever they may be, bear the blood-money obligation on her behalf, but they do not inherit from her except what remains beyond her heirs; and if she is killed, her blood-money goes to her heirs, and they are the ones who may kill her killer. And he ruled that the blood-money of the People of the Book is half that of the Muslims - they being the Jews and the Christians.
