حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ وَعَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ بَكْرٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ مَطَرٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَيْسَ عَلَى رَجُلٍ طَلَاقٌ فِيمَا لَا يَمْلِكُ وَلَا عَتَاقٌ فِيمَا لَا يَمْلِكُ وَلَا بَيْعٌ فِيمَا لَا يَمْلِكُ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Muhammad ibn Ja'far and Abdullah ibn Bakr said: Sa'id narrated from Matar from Amr ibn Shu'ayb from his father from his grandfather from the Prophet (peace be upon him) who said: "There is no divorce for a man regarding what he does not own, no manumission regarding what he does not own, and no sale regarding what he does not own."
