Abu al-Nadr and Abd al-Samad said: Muhammad narrated to us, Sulayman narrated from Amr ibn Shu'ayb from his father from his grandfather that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "The blood money for quasi-intentional killing is severe like that of intentional killing, but the perpetrator is not killed. That is when the devil incites among the people." Abu al-Nadr said: "So there is an accidental killing in a blind commotion, without sedition and without carrying weapons."
