حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ هَمَّامٌ أَخْبَرَنَا عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ هِيَ اللُّوطِيَّةُ الصُّغْرَى يَعْنِي الرَّجُلَ يَأْتِي امْرَأَتَهُ فِي دُبُرِهَا.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Isma'il narrated to us: Ayyub narrated from Nafi from Ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) forbade the sale called habal al-habalah. This was a sale practiced by the people of the pre-Islamic period: a man would buy a she-camel to be delivered when the she-camel gives birth and then the offspring gives birth.
