حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الْأَحْوَلِ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي عِيَاضٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ لَمَّا نَهَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ الْأَوْعِيَةِ قَالُوا لَيْسَ كُلُّ النَّاسِ يَجِدُ سِقَاءً فَأَرْخَصَ فِي الْجَرِّ غَيْرِ الْمُزَفَّتِ.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Sufyan narrated from Sulayman al-Ahwal from Mujahid from Abu Iyad from Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-As: When the Prophet (peace be upon him) forbade (using certain) vessels, they said: Not everyone can find a water-skin. So he permitted the use of earthenware jars (jarr) except for those coated with pitch (muzaffat).
