حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ حَدَّثَنِي عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ خَالِدِ بْنِ الْعَاصِ الْمَخْزُومِيُّ قَالَ قَدِمْتُ الْمَدِينَةَ فِي نَفَرٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ مَكَّةَ نُرِيدُ الْعُمْرَةَ مِنْهَا فَلَقِيتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ فَقُلْتُ إِنَّا قَوْمٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ مَكَّةَ قَدِمْنَا الْمَدِينَةَ وَلَمْ نَحُجَّ قَطُّ أَفَنَعْتَمِرُ مِنْهَا قَالَ نَعَمْ وَمَا يَمْنَعُكُمْ مِنْ ذَلِكَ فَقَدْ اعْتَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عُمَرَهُ كُلَّهَا قَبْلَ حَجَّتِهِ فَاعْتَمَرْنَا.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abdullah said: I read to my father — Ya'qub ibn Ibrahim narrated to us, my father narrated from Ibn Ishaq, Ikrimah ibn Khalid ibn al-As al-Makhzumi narrated to me who said: I came to Madinah with a group of people from Makkah intending Umrah. I met Abdullah ibn Umar and said: We are people from Makkah who have come to Madinah and have never performed Hajj. Should we perform Umrah from here? He said: Yes, and what prevents you from that? The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) performed all his Umrahs before his Hajj. So we performed Umrah.
