حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ حَارِثَةَ بْنِ مُضَرِّبٍ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُنَا يَوْمَ بَدْرٍ وَنَحْنُ نَلُوذُ بِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ أَقْرَبُنَا إِلَى الْعَدُوِّ وَكَانَ مِنْ أَشَدِّ النَّاسِ يَوْمَئِذٍ بَأْسًا.
الترجمة الإنجليزية
It was narrated that Hadrat 'Ali (may Allah be well pleased with him) said: I remember the day of Badr, when we were seeking shelter with the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) and he was the closest of us to the enemy and the most courageous of the people on that day
